BREAKING NEWS: Historic Multi-Year Collaboration with MIT/J-WEL
It’s Official! The American School of Marrakesh enters, effective September 1, 2021, an historic multi-year collaboration with MIT/J-WEL to develop the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) at ASM and to strengthen the School’s position as an innovative leader in Africa.
The collaboration will focus on three main areas:
- Develop a highly competitive PK-12 STEAM curricular program with engaging activities designed to solve real-world problems;
- Provide professional development opportunities with top experts in STEAM fields; and
- Create a Maker Space/FabLab on ASM’s campus.
